CV Meistras is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, customise, and export professional resumes and curricula vitae. The Service provides multiple resume templates, real-time preview, AI-powered content suggestions, PDF export, and a range of design customisation tools. We offer both free and premium tiers of functionality.
To use certain features, you must create an account via the authentication system provided. By creating an account, you agree to:

You retain all intellectual property rights in the resume content you create using the Service. CV Meistras does not claim ownership over your personal data, resume text, or uploaded media. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Premium features are available for a one-time payment of £3.99 (or equivalent in your local currency). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Once purchased, premium access is permanent and tied to your account. Premium features include, but are not limited to, access to additional templates, VIP layouts, and AI-powered content suggestions.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us using the details provided below.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have engaged in any prohibited use.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to the CV Meistras name, logo, branding, website design, user interface, templates, graphics, software code, algorithms, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of CV Meistras and its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and international treaties.
No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, or used for any commercial or public purpose without prior written consent from CV Meistras.
To maintain system performance, security, and storage efficiency, accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be removed along with all associated data. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or usage activity during this period.
You are responsible for keeping your account active by logging in at least once every 12 months. We recommend exporting any important data before extended periods of inactivity. Once an account is removed due to inactivity, it cannot be recovered.
You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data and resume content will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CV Meistras and its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £3.99, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CV Meistras and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, or requests by law enforcement.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
